The requests come from Elk Grove and the Elk Grove area. Each one names the pest, the location in the house, and the homeowner's contact details.

Who We Are Looking For

We want independent providers who work in these areas:

• Residential pest control, including ants, spiders, roaches, crickets, and bed bug treatment
• Termite inspection and treatment
• Rodent control and exclusion
• Wildlife removal and entry-point repair

You may be a small owner-operated shop or a larger local company. What matters is that you do the work yourself and stand behind it.

What We Expect

First, follow your state's rules. You are responsible for holding the licenses and insurance your trade requires.

Next, be clear with homeowners. Give written quotes. Explain methods, products, and follow-up visits in plain words.

Then, treat each home with care. Pest work protects walls, insulation, and resale value, so the job should leave the house in better shape.

Seasons and Coverage

Tell us which months you are busiest. Dry seasons, winter rain events, and wildfire smoke seasons all change what homeowners ask for. The more clearly you describe your coverage, the stronger the match.
