Who You Talk To
You talk to an independent provider, not to Imaginerunning Pest Control. Each provider runs its own business. The person who answers works for that provider and can speak to the job.
This page has no staff list because Imaginerunning Pest Control does not do the work. The people who inspect, treat, and trap belong to the providers in the network.
What Happens on the Call
First, the provider asks what you found. Next, they ask where it is in the house. Then they explain what a visit would involve and whether your address is in range.
Expect questions like these:
- What pest or animal do you think it is?
- Where did you see it, hear it, or find signs?
- How long has it been going on?
- Is it a slab home, a raised foundation, or an older bungalow with a crawl space?
- Are there kids or pets in the home?
Have short answers ready. Photos help.
What to Ask a Provider
Use this list. Write down the answers.
1. Is the quote in writing, and what does it cover? 2. What methods and products will be used, and are they safe around pets? 3. Will there be follow-up visits, and are they included in the price? 4. How will you find and close the entry points? 5. What should I do to prepare the home? 6. What licenses and insurance does your business hold? 7. What will you document, in case I need it for an insurance claim?
Ask About the Season
Timing changes the plan. In long dry seasons, ants and rodents often head indoors for water. After winter rain events, termite activity and attic noises can show up. Ask the provider what the current season means for your pest and when a follow-up makes sense.

You decide what happens next. You can compare more than one written quote. You can ask questions. You can say no. Requesting an estimate carries no obligation.
Do not rush into work you do not understand. Good providers explain the job plainly.
